SDX Interactive Services
Clients may choose to contract with SDXI to provide all services needed to produce SD-X enabled content on a turnkey basis. These services include complete content development, research, and art direction; audio development and voice recording; script translation and production in most languages; mapping and generation of print files; and printing.
Clients may prefer to create an in-house team to do much of the work required to enable their product, retaining the services of SDXI to train the team and provide ongoing support services. Available in 2011, the SD-X Development Suite gives creative teams the ability to see and hear how their enabled product performs while it is being developed.
Once content is developed, SDXI supplies digital readers, along with customer service support. Readers have a 90-day limited warranty. SDXI also assures that print media are encoded correctly and oversees printing to ensure compliance.
